Neil E. Ray attended seminary at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he received his Master of Divinity. He was ordained at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Greenbelt, Maryland, and installed into his first call at Grace Lutheran Church in Warminster, Pennsylvania, where he served for several years.
Rev. Ray was later called to serve Concordia Theological Seminary as an Admission Counselor.
